Frequently asked questions
Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a manufacturer. Our 10,000 m² plant in Longhua District, Shenzhen runs 6 production lines for EVA, PU and IXPE foam, and we welcome factory audits and video inspections before you place an order.
Can you die-cut to our drawing and add our logo?
Yes. Send a DXF/PDF drawing or a physical sample; we return a die-cut quote within 24 hours and a first-article sample in 5–7 days. Logo printing, private label and custom colors are available from 500 pcs.
What is the difference between anti-static and conductive foam?
Anti-static (dissipative) foam sits at 106–109 Ω and slowly bleeds static away — right for PCB and component handling. Conductive foam is below 105 Ω and shields against EMI, used for IC tubes and gaskets.
Do you provide test reports?
Every lot ships with a surface-resistance test report per ANSI/ESD STM11.11. RoHS 2.0, REACH and UL 94 V-0 certificates are available on request, and we can test to your specified standard.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Standard sheets start at 20 sheets, rolls at 50 m², die-cut parts at 500 pcs and blister trays at 500 pcs. Mixed containers are accepted.
How do you protect the goods during shipping?
Foam is wrapped in PE film, packed in export cartons on pallets, and moisture-barrier packed for sea freight. Anti-static packaging is used for ESD-sensitive products.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes — a free A4 swatch of standard material, you cover courier cost only. Custom die-cut samples are USD 30–80 depending on complexity, refunded against the first bulk order.
How fast can you reply?
All RFQs are answered within 8 working hours (China time, GMT+8); urgent enquiries via WhatsApp usually get a reply in under 2 hours during business days.
